Pay:  $17

Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:30a 7:00p


Job Description:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
  • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
  • Provide accurate information to the caller.
  • Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
  • Resolve the callers needs.
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.


Job Requirements/Previous Experience:

  • Previous Pharmacy call center experience
  • 3+ years of strong customer service experience
  • Pharmacy Technician License is required to be obtained within the first 30 days of employment at candidate expense
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
  • Willing to be cross trained
  • Good attendance is a must
