Job Title: Pharmacy Tech

Location: Louisville, KY 40219

Pay: $17 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM 7:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Take calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, both inbound and outbound.

• Provide top-notch customer service and make sure every caller has a smooth experience.

• Offer clear and accurate information to help resolve any issues.

• Process prescription refills and set up shipments for patients and providers.

• Follow up as needed and provide next steps to ensure all needs are met.

• Be ready to work with a flexible schedule.

What We re Looking For:

• Experience working in a pharmacy call center is a plus.

• At least 3 years of solid customer service experience.

• You ll need to get a Pharmacy Technician License within your first 30 days (at your own expense).

• Great communication and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.

• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.

• Open to learning new tasks and cross-training.

• Dependable attendance is important.
