The Pharmacy Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing customer service to patients and healthcare providers in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Starts December 3rd!

Location: Work from Home - All candidates must live in the Dallas Fort Worth Area & have a designated work space at home.

Pay: $18-20/hr. based on experience

Schedule: 8 hour shift between 7am-7pm CST (8am-8pm EST)

Job Description:

• Managing customer and patient inquiries and processing medical and prescription claims.

• Ensure patient inquiries are answered regarding prescriptions, and pharmacy services.

• Handle medical and pharmaceutical billing inquiries.

• Assist patients with medical insurance verification and payment options.

Preferred skills/experience:

• One year of healthcare call center experience

• Benefit verification - Prior Authorization

• Medical collections

• Prefer healthcare work experience and familiarity with medical benefits, medical insurance, prescriptions

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

• Co-pay, co-insurance, deductible

• PAP - patient assistance programs

Education:

Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
