Pay: $21-22/hr. (based on experience)
Location: Charlotte, NC ON-SITE
Schedule: 8 hour shift between 8am-8pm Monday- Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Job Summary:

Responsible for providing customer service by responding to calls regarding inquiries from healthcare benefits members and insurance providers in a remote customer service environment

Accurately respond to phone inquiries and document all inquiries and updates regarding the customer s health benefits

Accurately responding to healthcare benefit inquiries while on the phone and document all inquiries and updates regarding the customer s health benefits
Required Job Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1 year previous customer service experience
-
Answer customer service calls to respond to all benefits inquiries made by patients, vendors, medical insurance companies
-
Responding to customer service inquiries regarding healthcare patient accounts
-
Maintains a good working relationship and effective customer service communication
-
High School Diploma is required
Preferred Job Qualifications:
-
1+ years of prior customer service or call center experience in the medical or healthcare industry
-
Medical insurance or benefits experience
-
Insurance verification experience
-
Medical office experience
