CornerStone Staffing is hiring for Certified Pharmacy Technician's in Plano, TX

Location: Plano, TX (75024)

Pay Rate: $19

Schedule: Monday Friday 7am-5pm (must have flexibility for 8 hr shift)

Job Description:

  • Support pharmacist in patient care through order fulfillment, completion and delivery of the final product to the patient, and follow-up with
    members of the care team

  • Utilize proper record keeping in appropriate systems as related to patient interactions, inventory management, prescription processing, delivery
    management

  • Accurately completes prescription data entry, filling, packaging, and logistics steps

  • Complies with established procedures, rules, and regulations

  • Complies with all Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations

  • Complies with customer service expectations as applicable to the department

  • Promoting teamwork, professional services, and clear communication

  • Understand confidentiality for patient/client care; comply with all federal and state laws applicable to the confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) and electronic protected health information (EPHI); and follow HIPAA guidelines regarding readily identifiable protected health information

Skills Desired:

  • Inventory Management experience

  • Prior leadership experience (Team Lead)

  • Experience with automation equipment Parata PASS

  • Excel experience

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician. Must be certified in Texas

  • Candidates with trainee licenses are welcome to apply!
