CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a reputable automotive car company in Plano, TX and is seeking to bring on-board a Processing Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Process Improvement and an enthusiastic personality.

Job Title: Process Coordinator

Location: Plano, TX (on-site)

Pay: $22.89/hr.

Working Hours:

• Flexibility to work 8AM to 6PM CST

Duties

Process & Operations Management- Process Coordination

• Assist with managing the process for vehicle on-boarding, off-boarding, and inventory tracking

• Manage the license and title process, track registration status, manage vehicle registration renewals, and support the vehicle re-marketing process

• Provide support to all inquiries

• Identify process improvement opportunities and help with the processes in place

• Develop standardized responses and templates for customer agents to utilize for chat and email conversations, aiming to enhance the quality and consistency of customer interactions

• Create, publish, and manage documents such as operational procedures, job aids, and reference guides.

• Facilitate regular reviews with SMEs, ensuring their insights are incorporated to maintain document accuracy and completeness.

• Help ensure documents comply with legal and compliance requirements, KINTO language, writing style, structure, and format standards.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of process management or equivalent experience

• Experience creating standard operating procedures or similar documentation

• Highly skilled with MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience facilitating meetings

• Fleet management experience preferred

• Experience working with call center agents preferred

• HS Diploma or GED
