ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures high-quality product content across digital sales platforms by creating accurate descriptions, managing digital assets, and maintaining distributor catalogs. The Representative will support product onboarding and continuous enrichment, directly impacting product visibility and customer experience across eCommerce channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Classify and describe new products using standardized templates and ensure alignment with category-specific rules
Collect and assign data values, digital assets, and supporting documentation for all new and existing products
Respond to and resolve quality control issues in product data, including descriptions and imagery
Maintain and update distributor and web catalogs, resolving catalog-related inquiries
Assist in special projects and support the improvement of content management tools

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years in product data management, content coordination, or similar roles
High School diploma required; Bachelor s degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, TEAMS; knowledge of AS400/JD Edwards is a plus
Strong attention to detail, time management, and verbal/written communication

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams)
Product Information Management systems
Digital Asset Management platforms
JD Edwards (AS400) preferred
Internal cataloging and content QC systems

PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with eCommerce content workflows or distributor catalogs
Familiarity with image handling and metadata standards
Strong research and analytical capabilities
