Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $15.95/Hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Summary:

Taking on this Program Manager role requires a PASSION for youth programs and a specialization in promoting youth program quality. A candidate will be responsible for the management of branch programming, branch operations, facility and child safety, as well as administrative compliance. Coordinate youth program administration and customer service. The purpose of this position is to ensure that curriculum, programming, and activities foster academic success. Through the use of YPQ techniques, all policies, procedures, and processes are met, as well as the use of equipment, materials, and facilities in compliance with administrative procedures.

Job Description:

Ability to relate to at-risk youth

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification

Must be able to pass any and all required background screens and drug screens at any time

Some positions require driving company vehicle. Candidates must have satisfactory driving record and a valid driver s license for operation of a motor vehicle relevant to carrying out duties and to be covered under the company insurance the requirement is for employee to be a minimum of age 21.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED

Minimum 1 year of experience in the health and human services field to include work with youth

Must meet state requirements for employment at license childcare site
