Job Title: Program Specialist (Part time)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $14/Hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm-6:30pm

Summary:

This position requires a Program Specialist (program coordinator) with a PASSION for working with youth. In your role, you would coordinate administrative and customer service functions related to youth development. It is required that this position adheres to all policies, procedures, and processes, as well as tracking memberships and ensuring administrative compliance. Building relationships and implementing assigned programs and activities are also part of the duties.

Job Description:

Ability to relate to at-risk youth

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification

Must be able to pass any and all required background screens and drug screens at any time

Some positions require driving company vehicle. Candidates must have satisfactory driving record and a valid driver s license for operation of motor vehicle relevant to carrying out duties and to be covered under the company insurance the requirement is for employee to be a minimum of age 21.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED

Minimum 1 year of experience in the health and human services field to include work with youth

Must meet state requirements for employment at license childcare site
