CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer that is a major telecommunication company in the DFW area.

CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Irving, TX

Pay: 20.69/hr.

Schedule: 8a-5p Monday to Friday

Job Details:

The Project Coordinator serves in a support role, assisting the members of the Project Management Office. This position assists supervisor - manager & other team members with all aspects of projects throughout the project lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, communications, risk, resources, quality, costs and change management by providing first class accurate, effective & timely customer service.

Under the supervision of supervisor - manager, the Project Coordinator assists in the implementation & execution of projects, providing both administrative and logistic support. The Project Coordinator assists in the coordination of various events in the planning, scheduling, reporting, communicating, ordering, installation, and follow-on cycle. Participates in coordinating the personnel required to complete the project and managing paperwork related to multiple technology projects. The coordinator maintains and updates status logs, and contributes to progress reports produced for clients and management.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate, organize and control project activities

  • Provide updates and status reports to keep management informed of current Project status.

  • Act as the primary liaison to manage the execution aspect of all project plans

  • Manage project process to ensure all processes are being completed

  • Report any problems, expected delays or unusual activities to the project manager

  • Assist and prepare logs, reports, quotations, documents, recommendation, project organization, flow chart, and communication and provide status reports as needed

  • Assists in the development & planning of project, cost estimates and budgets, timelines and schedules

  • Follows up on project activities

  • Coordinates and assists in the development of electronic and written materials for project management document and status updates

  • Coordinate projects and logistics

  • Input and analyze data

  • Take meeting minutes and distribute accordingly

  • Strong Data Analysis

  • Create spreadsheets; manipulate spreadsheets and data

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have stable work history/ job stability

  • Bachelor of Science in related field, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

  • 2 or more years of experience in operations as a Project Coordinator (not as an Admin, Business Analyst or Project Manager)

  • Excellent Customer Service experience

  • Very Strong expert user of Microsoft Excel and Power Point ( Will be tested in office)

  • Experience working with systems engineers/project management desired
