Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $110,000/annually + monthly car allowance

Job Description:

• Represent the company to project stakeholders, ensuring safe, on-budget, and on-schedule project completion

• Collaborate with the Project Superintendent (PS) to plan and build the project

• Focus on long-term planning, scheduling, and resolving potential project obstacles

• Incorporate safety into job planning, promote accountability, and actively participate in safety functions

• Manage pre-job planning, mobilization, procurement, and technology deployment

• Handle job purchasing and contracting in collaboration with Estimating department

• Maintain communication with stakeholders, resolve issues efficiently, and monitor project costs and schedule progress

• Support PS in executing the project quality control plan, ensure commissioning team setup, and manage trade partners while mentoring and developing personnel

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field with a minimum of 5 years commercial design-build project management or construction management experience

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, Primavera P6 or Asta, Prolog and Bluebeam *Required*

• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30

• Valid Driver s License *Required*

• High attention to detail while working under deadlines and managing multiple priorities

• Must possess the ability to strategically allocate resources and effectively manage assets

• Proven management capabilities having demonstrated the ability to delegate tasks and motivate direct reports
