Job Title: Commercial Property Manager Assistant

Location: Addison, TX

Pay: $24-26.44/hr

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm

Job Description:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the property management company

• Provide direct communications with and assistance to tenants

• Utilize productivity software to generate and deliver communications for tenants and other stakeholders

• This role will involve the use of Yardi productivity software to generate and deliver communications for tenants and other stakeholders.

Requirements/Duties:

• Must have a Bachelors degree in a business field

• Must have experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Publisher)

• Strong organizational skills as this position will focus on time-sensitive information

• Organized, positive, and proactive work ethic
