Job Title: Public Accounting Specialist

Pay: $85,000 - $100,000/annually *DOE

Location: Tempe, AZ

Job Description:

• Public Accounting Focus: Specializes in providing financial services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance

• Assist clients with tax planning, return filing, and tax-saving strategies

• Conduct audits, reviews, and identify areas for financial improvement

• Provide expert financial advice, budgeting, and risk management guidance

• Build strong client relationships and stay updated on industry standards

Ideal Candidate:

• 4 years experience in public accounting REQUIRED **not corporate**

• Extensive knowledge and experience in tax

• CPA certification preferred

• Independent worker who manages their own workload

• Personable, will talk to clients

About the company:

• Minimal walk-ins

• Strong existing book of business in a range of sectors (Agriculture, Medical Providers, Real Estate, small business clients and other clients)

Onboarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
