Position Title: Receptionist

Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Location: Bedford, TX

Pay: $22-$23/hr BOE

Duration: Temp

Job Description:

Take inbound phone calls, directing those call to where they need to go and answering questions

Check, open and distribute office mail.

Prepare, print, and mail letters and bulk mailings.

Coordinate staff calendars and schedule meetings.

Prepare conference room for meetings and ensure the break room is stocked and organized.

Complete other miscellaneous administrative tasks, i.e. order supplies, manage office equipment, etc.

Review, edit, and draft correspondence as needed for Administrative Director.

Act as the initial point of contact and liaison for staff and vendors.

Organize, purge and prepare office files, furniture, technology, equipment and supplies for relocation.

Plan and conduct preliminary meetings with vendors for Administration Director.

Organize and maintain files pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for any office equipment.

Determine, select, and order required connectors and cables for new and existing hardware.

Attend meetings when requested and approved by the Administration Team Lead.

Manage front desk ensuring a professional, yet warm and inviting atmosphere for staff and guests.

Compile data and complete reports when needed.

Requirements :

1+ year(s) of Administrative/Receptionist experience
