Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Addison, TX

Pay: $15.15

Schedule: Business Hours

Job Description:

• Maintain front office

• Handle phone calls

• Monitor and release purchase order of office supplies

• General Clerical support duties including filing, emailing, preparing expense report, input sales and purchase invoices in Quick books or sending to CPA firm.

• Coordinating accounts receivable and reporting

Requirements/Duties:

• Previous administrative experience

• Spanish Bilingual (Preferred)

• Payroll experience (optional)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Detail oriented

• Administrative skills
