Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Coppell, TX | ONSITE

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: 8am-5pm | Monday-Friday

SUMMARY:

The Recruiter works directly with Human Resources personnel and the Recruiting Department to evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications by phone screening applicants, analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements, and assisting with the new hire process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure a continuous flow of merchandiser applicants on a national level to handle routine spikes in field merchandising recruitment by utilizing web-based recruitment resources

• Review applications and conduct phone screen interviews for variable hour field merchandising staff with applicants to determine their suitability for placement

• Maintain department workflow tracking procedures and participate in active communication with the Recruiting Team, Recruiting Supervisor, and Human Resources Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least one year of recruiting experience in the retail merchandising industry preferred
