Job Title: Referral Coordinator

Pay: up to $20 an hour based on exp.

Location: Prosper (Dallas North Tollway and Hwy 380)

Duties: The referral coordinator is responsible for referral operations at hospital, establishing and standardizing systems and procedures for the distribution and use of health information throughout the organization, coordinating and referral functions with all other departments.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma REQUIRED

• At least two years' experience in a medical office.

• Hematology and Oncology experience preferred.

• Understanding of diversified insurance plans.

• Knowledge of coding and medical terminology.

• Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Maturity to withstand pressure that may arise in relation to the public and physician.
