We are recruiting for Reimbursement Counselor to assist patients with Medical Insurance Compensation.

Job Title: Reimbursement Counselor

Location: Charlotte, NC

(Applicant must reside within 25-30miles of Charlotte, NC)

Start Date: Monday, 12/04/2023

Duration: Temporary (Could extend for top performers)

Pay : $18/hr - $21/hr based on experience

Schedule: **Must be available to work a shift between hours below**

• Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays

• 7:00am - 7:00pm AVAILABILITY

Responsibilities:

-Process manual medical insurance reimbursements for patients

-Collect, update and review patient insurance and benefit information

-Maintain frequent updates including phone contact with assigned payers

-Provide excellent customer service for patients

-Complete outbound calls to patients and insurance companies (these are not cold calls)

Experience Required:

-Healthcare experience/call center

-Insurance Verifications experience

-Medical office experience is highly preferred

-High School Diploma is required
