The Pharmacy Customer Service Rep is responsible for providing customer service to patients and healthcare providers in the pharmaceutical industry.
Location: Work from Home - All candidates must live in the Dallas Fort Worth Area & have a designated work space at home.
Pay: $18-20/hr. based on experience

Job Description:

Managing customer and patient inquiries and processing medical and prescription claims.

Ensure patient inquiries are answered regarding prescriptions, and pharmacy services.

Handle medical and pharmaceutical billing inquiries.

Assist patients with medical insurance verification and payment options.
Preferred skills/experience:

One year of healthcare or medical call center experience is required

Prefer healthcare work experience and familiarity with medical benefits, medical insurance, prescriptions

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
