Job Title: Pharmacy Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $19
Location: Fully Remote - Equipment Provided
Start Date: Monday, November 11th, 2024
Duration: Temp to Hire!
Work Schedule(s)

10:00am-7:00pm Tuesday- Saturday off Sunday & Monday

12:30pm-9:30pm Sunday-Thursday off Friday & Saturday
Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST
Job Duties:

Answer questions and handle problems regarding pharmacy benefit, provider, or claim issues

Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow up with members, providers, and pharmacies as necessary

Spend approx. 90% time on the phones and provide empathetic customer service

Seek approval for overrides and prior authorizations as needed and enter them into the claims system

Monitor pharmacy claims processing and complete data entry of member records

Other duties or special projects may be assigned as necessary
Job Requirements:
-
1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical healthcare industry

Pharmacy technician certification is highly preferred (inactive also applies)

1+ year(s) of PBM or health benefits experience
-
Experience in working in a high volume call center required

High school diploma or equivalent
