Job Title: Safety Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $85,000/annually + vehicle allowance

Job Description:

• Support senior safety manager and project team in construction project completion

• Manage safety and health processes, communicate with stakeholders, attend owner meetings

• Enhance safety culture through participation in safety charrettes and CARES committee

• Assist in safety program development, budget management, and supply anticipation

• Maintain safety documentation and project statistics, participate in quality control/safety process

• Conduct safety training, develop training schedules, and lead the project's SAFE program

• Analyze safety trends and implement initiatives to address unsafe trends

• Conduct safety audits, assist in team audits, and oversee personnel evaluation and development

• Knowledge of construction processes and roles in all positions

Ideal Candidate:

• 3 years of experience in safety on commercial construction projects *Required*

• Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, Prolog, Primavera and AutoDesk Suite *Required*

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health degree

• Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) Certification designation

• Valid Driver s License
