CornerStone Staffing is partnering with a leading digital infrastructure consulting firm to hire driven, high-energy Sales Consultant Contract Renewal Specialists. Title: Sales Consultant Contract Renewals Specialist

Location: Allen, TX (On-Site)

Start Date: May 14th, 2025


Pay: $23.08/hr + UNCAPPED Commission (Top performers earn $100K+ annually)


Schedule: Monday Friday | 36 hours/week | Flexible shifts: 7AM 4PM or 8AM 5PM


Employment Type: Full-Time


 What You ll Do:

  • Contact warm to hot leads (no cold calling!) to build rapport and close lease renewals.

  • Negotiate contract terms with landlords and property owners.

  • Identify and reach decision-makers to present and finalize agreements.

  • Prepare detailed sales proposals and coordinate with internal teams.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in the system.

  • Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.

What We re Looking For:

  • 1 2+ years of sales experience in a commission-based or outbound sales environment.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Prior experience in mortgage, insurance, real estate, or call center sales is a big plus.

  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls and navigating lease or contract terms.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.

  • High school diploma required; college degree a plus.

More About the Role:

  • Location: On-site in Allen, TX

  • Hours: 36-hour workweek with a flexible 8-hour shift, and early leave Fridays!

  • OTE: Average earnings of $70K+, but top 15% consistently break $100K
