Position: Sales Development Representative

Location : North Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Hours : Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Pay Structure: $40,000 Base + Bonus + Unlimited Commission

Year 1 Earning Potential: $65K $80K+ (Top reps earn $100K+)

We re a trusted name in the home services space, focused on delivering high-quality solutions to residential clients. All leads are warm and pre-screened no cold calling involved.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Call warm leads and guide them through home service selections no cold calling

• Educate and consult customers to help them make the best choice

• Close sales during a short 20 30-minute call

• Hit daily metrics: 75+ dials , 5 8 sales , 3 4 hours of talk time

• Leverage Salesforce to manage leads and track results

• Reconnect with existing or past customers for new opportunities

• Collaborate with a high-energy team to deliver a smooth customer experience

What We re Looking For:

• 6+ months of sales experience with measurable success

• A confident, persuasive communication style

• The ability to overcome objections and close deals efficiently

• A growth mindset coachable, driven, and eager to succeed

• Must live within 30 miles of North Dallas and have authorization to work in the U.S.
