ROLE IMPACT
The Sales Operations Specialist drives customer acquisition and revenue growth by closing warm leads through a quick, high-volume sales cycle. This role provides an opportunity to maximize earnings through a proven sales framework, supported by extensive training and a collaborative environment, while enhancing customer satisfaction through seamless home service solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct outbound sales calls to pre-qualified, warm leads no cold calling
Guide customers through home service options and finalize sales in a single call
Achieve and exceed daily sales targets: 5 8 sales, 75 dials, 3 4 hours talk time
Engage with past and existing customers to drive additional sales
Accurately log interactions, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and optimize sales processes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least 6 months of proven sales experience
Confident communicator skilled in overcoming objections and closing deals quickly
Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback
Must reside within 30 miles of North Dallas, TX

PREFERRED SKILLS
Salesforce CRM experience
Bilingual fluency in Spanish
