Job Title: Sales Ops Specialist
Location: North Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm
Compensation: $40,000 Base + Bonuses + Uncapped Commissions
On-Target Earnings (OTE) Year 1: $65K - $80K Average | Top Performers Earn $100K+
Estimated Start Date: May 15th

What You ll Be Doing

Make outbound sales calls to warm, pre-qualified leads no cold calling required

Guide customers through their home service options and help them choose the best solutions

Close deals in a single call with a quick 20-30 minute sales cycle

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets 5-8 sales per day, 75 dials, 3-4 hours of talk time

Engage with past and existing customers to generate new sales opportunities

Use Salesforce CRM to log interactions, manage pipeline, and track performance

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
What We re Looking For

At least 6 months of proven sales experience and a strong track record of success

Confident, persuasive communicators who can handle objections and close deals efficiently

Quick learners who are coachable, adaptable, and receptive to feedback

Candidates who reside within 30 miles of North Dallas~ great location!
Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Salesforce or other CRM experience

Fluency in Spanish
