Position: Sales Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Compensation : $40,000 Base + Bonuses + Uncapped Commission

Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $65K $80K (Top performers earn $100K+)

About the Company: Company helps customers set up home services by working exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads, we make the process fast and easy no cold calling involved.

What You ll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to warm leads these customers are already interested

• Help customers compare and choose the best home service options

• Close deals quickly sales cycle is just 20 30 minutes

• Hit daily targets: 5 8 sales per day, 75 dials, 3 4 hours of talk time

• Re-engage past and existing customers to uncover new opportunities

• Use Salesforce CRM to track performance and manage your pipeline

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We re Looking For

• 6+ months of sales experience with a proven ability to close

• Strong communicators who can handle objections and drive urgency

• Quick learners who are coachable and open to feedback

• Candidates who live within 30 miles of 75234 and are authorized to work in the U.S.
