Pay: $27/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Job Description: As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be responsible for efficiently reviewing and processing DEA 222 forms according to provided procedures and guidelines. You'll also assess service level reporting, communicating any affected orders to customers, account managers, and other relevant parties. Your role involves direct interface with Sales, Pharma, and Regulatory departments, offering strategic solutions to complex ordering issues.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize 222 Imaging Software and established procedures to process DEA 222 forms within defined parameters

• Manage and log customer/sales calls received through the controlled substance phone queue

• Provide inventory support upon request, including returns, expedited deliveries, special order requests, and suggesting substitute items

• Communicate order issues to sales teams via Salesforce

• Assist in order tracking and report updates using current system tools

• Handle all purchasing tasks associated with controlled substance projects

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement new processes as directed by management

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is REQUIRED

• Minimum 2 years of intermediate customer service experience

• Pharmacy background/knowledge PREFERRED
