Location: Fort Worth, TX 76107 (100% on-site)
Pay Range: $21-24/Hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry

• Review and process incoming sales inquiries in compliance with customer quality requirements.

• Source and procure requested materials from the market.

• Enter and manage data using aviation industry-specific ERP (Quantum).

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.

• Input and update information accurately via customer portals.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and professional email communication.

• Ability to manage large volumes of RFQs efficiently.

• Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).

• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills to analyze processes for greater efficiency.

• Experience in the aviation aftermarket field (preferred but not required).

• High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.

Required Background:

• High School Diploma/GED

• 2+ years of RECENT experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles.

• Aviation aftermarket experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with data extraction, manipulation, and ERP systems like Quantum.
