CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer that is a Major Hospital in the Dallas area hiring Scheduling Specialist. If you have 2+ years of front office experience in a hospital along with stable work history then we want to talk to you!!

Job Title: Scheduling Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX (potential work from home in the future)

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm

Job Description:

Responsible for professionally answering incoming calls, schedule healthcare appointments, make adjustments to schedules, answer questions, and schedule lab image test as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience with patient registration procedures

• 2+ years experience with scheduling patients for medical appointments

• Bilingual is a plus!

• Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers

• Excellent and written communication skills resulting in positive communication

• Extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize activities

• Ability to work collaboratively with others

• High school diploma or GED required
