Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Service Coordinator to join our Technical Service department on a long-term contract basis, with the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role involves managing critical scheduling and administrative tasks to support our customers and ensure smooth operations.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00/hr (BOE)
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
Mon - Friday (onsite)
Job Description:

Preventative Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance services for major customers, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Warranty Processing: Manage extended warranty claims, processing them accurately and within deadlines.

Customer Install Coordination: Schedule customer installations using the company's internal online tools, ensuring alignment with client needs and technician availability.

Customer Support: Plan, prioritize, and respond promptly to customer requests and service needs.
Requirements:

5 7 years of experience in advanced business administrative functions, preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external customers effectively.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and customer demands.
