CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer that is a Major Hospital that is hiring for a Service Dispatcher. If you have 2+ years of dispatching, security or customer service experience along with stable work history then we want to talk to you!!

Job Title: Service Dispatcher

Location: Temple, TX

Pay: $18.00/hr

Schedule:

Friday - Tuesday 3pm -11:30pm (off Wed & Thu)

Job Description:

Proficient in ALL phone and work request dispatch responsibilities.

Monitors environmental alarms: doors, gates, parking lot intercoms & CCTV.

Assists with the workflow and assignments for patient transporters.

Responsible for providing feedback to leadership regarding ways to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and to maximize the performance of the department.

Performs all position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner.

Must have good customer service skills and strong computer skills.

Ability to handle difficult situations; providing conflict resolution if necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous dispatch or security experience is highly preferred

• Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers

• High school diploma or GED required
