Job Title: Service Line Coordinator

Location: Marbles Falls, Texas

Pay: $20.42/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Description:

The Service Line Coordinator will develop, implement, and administer a coordinated supply support system tailored to the needs of the facility's specialty areas. This role involves serving as a key departmental liaison for Supply Chain Services (SCS) and ensuring efficient operation of supply processes. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate supply records, processing requisitions, and supporting inventory management to reduce costs and maintain supply levels.

Requirements:

• 2 years of college education preferred.
• Previous experience in a related job is required.
• Experience with managing inventory levels, expiration dates, and supply reductions.
• Proof of flu vaccination is required for this specific job opportunity
• Facility is tobacco-free, must be a non-smoker for this specific job
• Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers
• Excellent and written communication skills resulting in positive communication
• Extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize activities
• Proven ability to maintain and track detailed supply data, including requisitions, delivery verifications, and inventory levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
