Job Title: Service Line Coordinator

Location: Marble Falls, TX

Pay: $20.42/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Description:

As an Service Line Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our hospital running smoothly by managing the supplies and materials that support our specialty departments. You ll work closely with different teams to ensure everything is in the right place at the right time, helping to provide excellent care for patients.

What You ll Do:

• Set up and maintain supply systems for procedure-specific hospital departments.

• Track and verify product deliveries, making sure they reach the right departments quickly.

• Look for ways to cut costs and keep track of supply savings and inventory reductions.

• Keep accurate records of supply orders, delivery dates, prices, backorders, and implant information.

• Process supply requests and confirm everything is correct, from delivery dates to product details.

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure departments have what they need without overstocking.

• Regularly check expiration dates and handle replacements or removals as needed.

• Manage important supply data like lot numbers, recalls, and manufacturer details.

What We re Looking For:

• Proof of flu vaccination is required for this specific job opportunity

• Facility is tobacco-free, must be a non-smoker for this specific job

• Preferably 2 years of college education.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in a similar role is a plus.

• A stable work history no frequent job changes.
