This is a key role in keeping their corporate office and field sites running smoothly. This position ensures OSHA compliance and manages essential supplies to support daily operations. Job Title: Site Operations & Safety Coordinator

Pay: $21- $25 (BOE)

Location: Plano, TX 75024 (on-site)

*Travel Required once Converted to Full Time*

Duration: Temp to Hire!

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00am to 6:00pm CST

Duties

• Provide safety training and ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety rules.

• Conduct site visits and audits to maintain safety standards.

• Maintain safety records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.

• Manage inventory and distribute supplies (PPE, office essentials, and equipment).

• Track supply usage and reorder as needed.

• Assist with general office tasks and facility upkeep.

• Coordinate maintenance and logistics for field and corporate teams.

• Travel to sites to oversee safety and supply operations

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in safety coordination, site operations, or supply management

• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and workplace safety

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently

• Travel required once converted - must have reliable transportation*
