Job Title: BILINGUAL Auto Skip Tracing Agent (English/Spanish)

Location: HYBRID-2 DAYS A WEEK ON SITE IN IRVING

Pay: $23 /hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 9AM-6PM

Agent will be responsible for reviewing all current skip cases and complete deep skip work to aide our repossession agents in securing the vehicles. They will have direct contact with our different repossession agents and will report directly to our Loss Mitigation manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• • Managing OFR accounts

  • Managing repossessed vehicle

  • Managing Repossession Vendor

  • Repossession fee review and approvals

  • Making outbound calls on OFR/ repossessed accounts

  • Receiving inbound redemption calls

  • Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due

  • Identifying accounts that require management review

  • Providing outstanding customer service

  • Placing accounts out for repossession based on account delinquency and aligned with policy and procedures

  • Maintaining required standards set by the department

  • Adherence to Company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish -90% of the communication will be done in Spanish

• 1+ year of Collections/Loss Mitigation or Skip work REQUIRED

• Ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or in a call center environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required
