ROLE IMPACT: As a Sourcer, you will play a critical role in fueling the talent pipeline for our client-facing teams. You ll help drive hiring results through proactive candidate outreach, job board engagement, and digital marketing tactics to elevate employer visibility and speed up the hiring cycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and manage job postings across multiple online platforms
Initiate outreach and schedule interviews via email and other communication tools
Develop and execute basic social media campaigns for recruitment marketing
Use job sites and online resources to identify qualified candidates
Collaborate with internal teams to track outreach success and pipeline activity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting support role
Strong computer literacy and online research skills
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to multitask

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Job board platforms (e.g., Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn)
Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
Email/calendar tools (e.g., Outlook, Gmail)
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

PREFERRED SKILLS
Basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) for social content
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting
Familiarity with metrics or reporting dashboards
