Duration: Direct Hire
Location: Fort Worth (76109) - 100% on site
Pay: $21 - $22/hr - Depending on Experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible to work any 8 hour shift between 7am - 5pm
Job Description: The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for managing daily production (file flow) of designated department, which may include one or more of the following functions: human resources, customer service, and promoting positive influence over Procurement Analysts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for directing a designated group of employees in their day-to-day operations

Responsible for quality of service provided

Responsible for human resources matters directly related to department supervised

Requires regular and consistent attendance
-
Responsible for training of new employees and/or implementing protocols as they change and sending those changes out to the units

Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
-
May be required to travel overnight and attend meetings
-
May perform managerial responsibilities in managers absence

May perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs and expenses
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
-
MUST HAVE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED. WILL BE VERIFIED

Must have 2+ years of supervisor experience managing a group of 15+ people

Must have past healthcare experience

Must have past payroll and HR experience

Exceptional organizational skills

Ability to work independently, while being available to others

Effective and professional communication skills

Ability to provide correct answers to questions from various sources in a timely manner

Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skill

Ability to demonstrate leadership abilities, independent thinking

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

The ability to work in a fast paced/production environment
