Job Title: Bilingual Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Irving, TX

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8 AM - 5 PM **Hiring ASAP***

This position will perform a variety of inventory control duties. The Logistic and Supply Chain Coordinator will coordinate with multiple internal and external partners to ensure accurate tracking of our vehicle inventory. perform a variety of validation and research across multiple platforms. Duties also include taking telephone calls and updating various systems with accurate information.
Please note, this is not a warehouse position; this role focuses on coordinating supply chain activities and ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

  • Order Processing: Place and monitor vehicle pickup and delivery orders, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and timely. Provide order status updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Transportation Coordination: Verify inventory transportation status through multiple programs. Validate the accuracy of transporter and repo agent invoices for approval, ensuring compliance with contracts and terms.

  • Supplier and Third-Party Coordination: Communicate with repo agents and third-party transportation companies to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues or delays. Manage transportation schedules and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Data Management and Analysis: Perform research on and verify inventory location reporting. Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments, including Recon Managers, Sales Department, and Supply Chain leadership. Make and receive phone calls with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment on supply chain activities.

  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues in the supply chain, implementing contingency plans to minimize disruption.

  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining proper documentation for all transactions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, staying informed on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, inventory management, logistics, or a related field. Experience in administrative/clerical roles that involve similar tasks is also valuable.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (medium level) and Outlook. Advanced Excel skills (such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis) are highly desirable.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for clear interaction with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, particularly in verifying data and managing logistics processes.

  • Knowledge of supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) or experience with inventory tracking systems is a plus.

  • Familiarity with logistics and transportation management, including coordinating shipments and managing relationships with transporters and agents.
