We are seeking a Supply Chain Services Tech II for a travel-based contract role. Job Title: Supply Chain Services Tech II

Location:

Travel between Temple and Dallas, TX hospital facilities
(On-site work required at multiple locations)

Pay:

$22/hr

Schedule: 8:00am 5:00pm, contract position only
Overnight travel required between facilities

Job Description:

The Supply Chain Services Tech II will play a key role in supporting the Tecsys POU implementation by validating GTIN barcodes and assisting the on-site Supply Chain Operations team. This position involves traveling to hospital facilities to ensure data accuracy and system functionality. You will also support the go-live process and help resolve any supply chain issues related to barcode scanning.

Key duties include:

• Daily on-site presence at hospital facilities

• Travel to various North and Central Texas locations

• Barcode testing and validation in the Tecsys system

• Capturing GTIN/barcode data photos

• Identifying and resolving barcode scan issues

• Collaboration with the Strategic Data Test team and Supply Chain Operations

• Supporting GTIN issue resolution within the Ivalua ERP system

• Assisting with implementation go-live

• Maintaining a clean, organized work environment

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent walking, standing, and bending

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 25 lbs

• Use of carts, pallet jacks, and other hospital transport equipment

• Occasional use of ladders and step-stools

• Some desk work and sitting required

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospital supply chain operations preferred

• Ability to travel and stay overnight as needed

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Physical ability to perform essential job functions
