Job Title: Tech Watch Instructor Luxury Jewelry Brand

Location: Downtown Dallas, TX

Compensation: Approximately $108,000/year

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training in technical watchmaking to new hires and junior watch technicians

• Develop and implement curriculum and hands-on instruction plans in alignment with brand standards

• Provide continuous support, feedback, and evaluation to ensure mastery of essential techniques

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain quality and training consistency across the organization

• Stay updated on current industry trends and technical advancements in horology

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a watchmaker; certification or completion of an accredited watchmaking program strongly preferred

• Minimum of 2 3 years of teaching, mentoring, or technical instruction experience in a related setting

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to train in a professional, high-standard environment
