Tech Support Specialist

Work with both internal and external customers to facilitate integration and deployment of advance cash management solutions and connect business support systems.

Pay: $19.50 hourly - Temp to hire after 90 days

Hours: : Must be flexible for any shift 8am to 9pm any day

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to interact with complex devices combining embedded software ( C# )

• Ability to interact with custom developed mechanical and electronic control

• Ability to interact with transport systems as well as IoT connectivity and logging

• Device diagnostics

• Log analysis

• Coordinate with internal development and integration teams

• Coordinate with sub-system suppliers

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years experience working in technology field support preferred.

• Bachelors in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of software and hardware analysis tools

• General computer and communication tools

• Ability to work closely with Engineering design teams

• Problem solving skills

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
