Tech Support Specialist
Work with both internal and external customers to facilitate integration and deployment of advance cash management solutions and connect business support systems.
Pay: $19.50 hourly - Temp to hire after 90 days
Hours: : Must be flexible for any shift 8am to 9pm any day
Essential Job Responsibilities:

Ability to interact with complex devices combining embedded software ( C# )
-
Ability to interact with custom developed mechanical and electronic control
-
Ability to interact with transport systems as well as IoT connectivity and logging
-
Device diagnostics
-
Log analysis
-
Coordinate with internal development and integration teams
-
Coordinate with sub-system suppliers
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Five (5) years experience working in technology field support preferred.
-
Bachelors in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Knowledge of software and hardware analysis tools
-
General computer and communication tools
-
Ability to work closely with Engineering design teams
-
Problem solving skills
-
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
