Tier II Senior Financial Services Representative

Pay: $24 $28/hr (Based on Experience)
Location: Hybrid/Coppell, TX Must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM 6:30 PM | Overtime may be required

Overview

Be part of a disruptive, fast-paced fintech environment where your experience in financial services operations helps elevate advisor support. This Tier II position goes beyond routine service and includes intermediate to complex inquiries, documentation guidance, and platform support.

What You ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial advisors during a clearing platform conversion

• Troubleshoot escalated issues and provide detailed guidance on processes

• Process securities transactions and complex account changes

• Review incoming forms for completeness and acceptability

• Deliver excellent service while adhering to industry regulations

• Assist advisors with documentation for marketing and sales strategy support

• Collaborate across teams to resolve multi-step advisor needs

• Mentor or support Tier I associates as needed

What You ll Bring

• 2 4 years of experience in a financial services or brokerage call center

• Strong knowledge of operational procedures and client service best practices

• Experience processing account transactions and documentation review

• Bachelor s degree strongly preferred

• Series 6, 63, or Series 7 licenses a plus, but not required

• Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
