Job Title:  Title Examiner (Title Curative Processor)

Location:  North Phoenix, AZ

Pay:  $20.00 - $22.00/hourly

Purpose:

The Title Curative Processor is responsible for reviewing title reports and collaborating with various departments to resolve title issues, ensuring the property can proceed through the foreclosure process

Job Responsibilities:

• Review Title Reports and date down endorsements provided by Title Company.

• Verify the accuracy of Affidavits of Authority and chain of title, especially regarding assignment accuracy.

• Analyze Bankruptcy Cases and understand title chains.

• Interpret Parcel Maps and Mortgage Documents, including loan docs and appraisals.

• Utilize Excel spreadsheets and multiple client websites for communication.

• Problem-solve and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Handle general office tasks (copying, filing, answering phones).

Ideal Candidate:

• Mortgage Documents and Computer proficiency *REQUIRED*.

• Fast-paced environment adaptability, organization, multitasking, 50 wpm typing speed.

• Adherence to policies, quick learning, team collaboration.

• Background in Mortgage Industry, Foreclosure, Escrow, or Title.
  

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
