CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting Vehicle Title Support Representative for a long term opportunity with a premier auto finance company in the North Fort Worth area. Title : Vehicle Title Support Representative

Schedule :**On-site Role**

Flexible between 8am -5pm | Monday - Friday

Pay : $18.00 - $20.00/hr BOE

Primary responsibility will include one or more of the following processes to support the Auto Financial Services portfolio:

• Managing incoming and outgoing department mail, filling for and/or perfecting titles

• Completing State-to-State title transfers and/or Lease to Retail title transfers

• In addition, the person may be responsible for completing title corrections

• Follow-up for title deficiencies and manage title vendor exceptions reports while providing support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions

Requirements/Skills

• Must have minimum high school diploma or equivalent

• Previous titles experience

• Commercial vehicle experience preferred

• Versatile (able to work several processes)

• Think in the grey

• Organizational skills

• Attention to detail

• Independent thinker

• Ability to research
