ROLE IMPACT
As a Picker, you play a critical role in fulfilling customer orders with precision and efficiency. This position ensures timely and accurate product handling and movement, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success.

KEY DUTIES
Operate motorized equipment to pick case quantities and entire skids from multiple height levels
Match and verify product details against pick tickets and location labels for accuracy
Label products with pick tickets and shipping labels; stage orders for shipment
Maintain personal daily production logs and report task completion times
Dispose of packaging materials to ensure a clean and safe work environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must have at least 2+ years of prior experience with Picking

Strong attention to detail and decision-making accuracy under guidelines
Basic proficiency in reading, writing, math, and computer use
Effective verbal and written communication skills

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Frequent use of motorized picking equipment
Handling and moving product from multiple rack heights
Regular standing, walking, and manual lifting of packages
Cleanliness maintained through routine disposal of empty containers

PREFERRED SKILLS
Familiarity with warehouse operations and order fulfillment systems
Problem-solving aptitude under pressure
Ability to visually differentiate between similar products
